Anatomy 02:02
Meet me at the marrow, meet me at the bend, kneeling on the border, peering through the fence. The skin is just a shadow, casted on an arch, contended by the mind and the body. But if we back down, if we bow out, we will be the beautiful consequence when you fall.

Rid me of my blues bring me chocolate in the morning, No day begins too sweetly after dancing in the ache Just wipe me from the corners of the mouth you spoke me out of (bring me) sweet things in the morning Tender are the days, I made wishes on a cake tightly shut my eyes and whispered to a flame All jellyfish and legs, all peanut butter prayered Still wondering which days go where. Just a pocket figurine, Just a small thin to a pea when the world was a recital for my dreams All pirouettes and light, all polka dots and stripes unaware of how the day betrays the night… Rid me of my blues bring me chocolate in the morning, No day begins too sweetly after dancing in the ache Just wipe me from the corners of the mouth you spoke me out of (bring me) sweet things in the morning Rid me of my blues bring me chocolate in the morning, No day begins too sweetly after dancing in the ache Just wipe me from the corners of the mouth you spoke me out of (bring me) sweet things in the morning Tender are the days, I made wishes on a cake tightly shut my eyes and whispered to a flame All jellyfish and legs, all peanut butter prayered Still wondering which days go where. Honey bring me sweet things in the morning, Honey bring me sweet things in the morning.

John Forbid 03:58
I was just leaving town didn’t think you’d come, didn’t you’d come around. Long legged coast “will call” tickets to the shore and the open road. So John For-bid I say something, I don’t mean. What did, I know of my heart at 17? Crooked sermons and 3 words that don’t mean nothing. Wish I had known, That we were too young to live this old. That you were too young to live this old. I’ve never been this stoned, ever felt this grey, never cured this cold. So spare me the long goodbye so long, I tried but i’ll cheat this time. So John For-bid I say something, I don’t mean. What did, I know of my heart at 17? Crooked sermons and 3 words that don’t mean nothing. Wish I had known, That we were too young to live this old. That you were too young to live this old. So John For-bid I say something, I don’t mean. What did, I know of my heart at 17? Crooked sermons and 3 words that don’t mean nothing. Wish I had known, That we were too young to live this old. That you were too young to live this old. That you were too young to live this old.

Caged Bird 01:56
Don't want to leave but, I certainly can not stay. Don't want to cage a free man for too long. 'Cause if he's, any-thing like the birds, he'll be singing soon, and my, oh my, oh my, he likes the sound of his own song. and my, oh my, oh my, he likes the sound of his own tomb.

The End 04:42
I heard the thunder, before we saw the rain. I felt it rumble, before we felt it quake. So we climbed the rooftop, just to watch, the city break away. I pulled you closer to me, whispered to you softly… Your eyes are the only, sunrise in the morning, Should they eclipse, well it is this, that gives me reason to exist. Can’t do what I ain’t done proud, Can feel what i’m not holding now. If the storm begets the dawn, at least I saw the sun. I heard the ocean, before we saw the shore. I watched it roll in, before we rocked the boat. So we climbed the ships bow, peering out, across the ending hour, I pulled you closer to me, whispered to you softly... Your eyes are the only, sunrise in the morning, Should they eclipse, well it is this, that gives me reason to exist. Can’t do what I ain’t done proud, Can feel what i’m not holding now. If the storm begets the dawn, at least I saw the sun. In your eyes at least I saw the sun. In your eyes at least I saw the sun. So we climbed the rooftops, just to watch, the city break away. I pulled you closer to me, whispered to you softly… Your eyes are the only, sunrise in the morning, Should they eclipse, well it is this, that gives me reason to exist. Can’t do what I ain’t done proud, Can feel what i’m not holding now. If the storm begets the dawn, at least I saw the sun. about

This project began nearly 4 years ago with a desire to put in to sound what has been on my mind for some time now. My previous recordings with only guitar and vocals were always an essential skeleton of what I knew would later gain flesh and skin. The process of molding these songs into a body of work, marks a pivotal point in my life. Musically and literally, it completes one chapter in my story while, beginning another.

This sonic narrative could not have been without the help of so many incredible musicians and individuals. Anatomy breathes because of the colorful individuals who inspired and breathed into it. Anatomy is the summation of my most vulnerable parts. In it, I am exposed.
